- What you enter in my contact form: your first and last name, email, message, the services you're interested in, and how you heard about me.
- What you tell me when you email me.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and IP address.
How I use it
- To answer your questions, plan and book sessions, and deliver your photos.
- To contact you about your request.
- To keep business records and improve this website.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run this website and my business, and only so they can do that work:
- Resend, which delivers contact form messages to me by email.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Social media
My Instagram and TikTok links go to those sites, which may collect information under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above and for my business records.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. Session bookings for minors are made by a parent or guardian.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing donaldjamesphotography@myyahoo.com.
